RETURNING YOUR ORDER
HOW IT WORKS
At 90 NOTES you can return your order within 14 days after delivery via our returns portal.
STEP 1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Visit our returns portal and log in with your order details. Select the product you want to return and follow the instructions to receive your return label.
STEP 2. PACK YOUR ORDER
Place the product in its original packaging and make sure that it is well packed. Do not forget to add the corresponding accessories.
STEP 3. Submit your return
Take the package to the nearest drop-off point according to the carrier's instructions. Make sure to keep the proof of postage!
STEP 4. Refund Process
After inspection of your return we will process the refund. You will receive an email and the money will be in your account within 7-10 business days.

Return shipping from the Netherlands is €4.95.
Return shipping from other countries is €5.95.
Once we've got your return and process it, we'll refund you within 5 working days.
Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email confirming that we've got it. From there, we'll inspect the item and begin processing your refund.
Once we get your return and check everything out, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days. You'll get an email as soon as it's all done!
